Foi em março que eu realizei esse trabalho no Aconchego Carioca. O restaurante especializado em comida brasileira é uma referência na Gastronomia do Rio de Janeiro, assim como a proprietária, Katia Barbosa.
A Katia deu um depoimento falando sobre o meu trabalho nesse making of desse ensaio fotográfico. Veja os bastidores das fotos do Bolinho de Abóbora recheado com carne seca e a Moqueca de Banana da Terra com Palmito.
Além desses pratos, ainda fotografei o Ceviche de Banana da Terra do Bar Kalango, da Katia Barbosa e do Chef Emerson Pedrosa.
